How to Share Access to Your Facebook Business Page

Add a team member or agency as an admin or editor to your Facebook Business Page through Meta Business Suite.

Step 1: Open Meta Business Suite

Go to business.facebook.com and sign in.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

Click the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom-left sidebar.

Step 3: Go to People

Under Business Settings, click People in the left menu.

Step 4: Add a Person

Click Add People and enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Step 5: Assign Page Access

After adding the person, click Add Assets. Select Pages, choose the relevant page, and assign a role:

  • Content Creator — Can create posts and respond to messages
  • Analyst — Can view insights only
  • Full Control — Can manage all aspects (recommended for agencies)

Step 6: Send Invitation

Click Invite. The person will receive a notification to accept.
