Important: Don't Share Your Password
Never share your Instagram password. Instead, use Meta Business Suite to grant managed access to your agency or team.
Step 1: Convert to a Business Account
If your Instagram is still a personal account, go to Settings → Account → Switch to professional account and select Business.
Step 2: Connect to a Facebook Page
In Instagram settings, go to Account → Linked Accounts and connect your Facebook Business Page. This is required for Business Suite access.
Step 3: Add People in Meta Business Suite
Go to business.facebook.com/settings/people, add the person's email, and assign them access to your Instagram account.
Step 4: Set Permissions
Assign Content Creator (can post and reply to messages) or Full Control (can manage settings and ads).
